Join Diverse Representation on January 25th in Brooklyn, New York for an insightful conversation about How To Get Your TV Project Sold In 2023. We'll hear from a network development executive, manager and show creator who will provide practical tools and tips for successfully developing, pitching, and selling scripted and unscripted content in 2023. Panelists will also share common challenges and misconceptions about the process of selling television content.

Stand-up comic and Emmy-nominated writer SAM JAY can currently be seen on season 2 of HBO’s Pause with Sam Jay, a weekly late-night series on which she serves as Host and Executive Producer. She can also currently be seen on the Peacock series Bust Down, which she co-created with co-stars Langston Kerman, Jak Knight, and Chris Redd. She is a two-time Emmy nominee and WGA award nominee for her writing on Saturday Night Live. In 2018, she wrote for The 70th Primetime Emmy Awards and the MTV Movie & TV Awards, and in 2020 she wrote for the BET Awards. Sam was named as one of Variety’s 10 Comics to Watch in 2018, and a Comedy Central Comic to Watch in 2015.
Sam can next be seen in You People, coming soon to Netflix, which she co-stars in alongside Eddie Murphy and Jonah Hill. Additional TV credits include The Eric Andre Show; HBO Max’s That Damn Michael Che; MTV’s SafeWord; a recurring role on TV Land’s Nobodies; Starz’s Take My Wife, Comedy Central’s White Flight, Crank Yankers, The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail, and Broad City; and Viceland’s Party Legends and Flophouse.
Sean Charles is a Development & Production Manager at ALLBLK an AMC Networks property. He is responsible for producing and developing all original content for the streaming service, in addition to assisting in acquisitions and scheduling.

Sean most recently worked in Corporate Communications as a Production Coordinator working on all cross branding and marketing assets, across internal and external communications from Sundance Film Festival to Offsite meetings. He also formed and led the inaugural Black employee resource group, Vested Interest in Black Employees (V.I.B.E) from 2018 through 2021, as Co-Chair.Â

Sharon Parker-Frazier was born and raised in Manhattan on the Upper Westside. She graduated
from UCLA before getting her production start at NBCUniversal and moving on to NBA Entertainment, Fox Television, Twentieth Century Fox, New Line Cinema, and various independent production companies. Her clients include Actress Erica Mena (HUSH/ ALL BLK), Actor/Comedian Faizon Love, Director-Matty Rich (The Inkwell) and Singer/Actress Ashanti.
Krystal Stark is the New York Director of Programming for Diverse Representation and the owner of Stark White Entertainment, a production and talent management company based in New York City. Krystal specializes in developing and producing projects for film, TV and stage. She's currently developing a project with Warner Brothers Studios and previously produced a stand-up tv special on Comedy Central. Krystal’s clients have appeared on networks including Showtime, Comedy Central, BET, MTV, HBO, FOX, Bravo, VH1, and truTV. She sits on the board of the Hollywood Radio and Television Society (HRTS).
The aim of Diverse Representation is to increase the hiring and exposure of Black agents, attorneys, managers, publicists, and executives in the sports and entertainment industries. Diverse Representation also curates various diversity programs, events, and initiatives throughout the country.Â
